Refund and Returns Policy

Return Policy 

Cover Luxe allows returns of items in the original box within 30 days of purchase with a 10% restocking fee.

The product must be in new, undamaged condition with all original parts in the box.

The customer is responsible for shipping and insuring returns.

Please include your original shipping document so we can properly process your refund. Write “RETURN” on the document and circle the items being returned.

Once we receive your return, we process refunds within approximately 10 business days or typically sooner. If you do not see your refund after 10 business days we ask that you contact us by email.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund in approximately 10 business days to your original payment method. If there are any issues with your refund we will send you an email or contact you by the phone number in your original order.

Once the refund is processed you will receive an automatic email detailing the refund amount.


Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges. If you order an item in error you will need to place a new order online for the item you wanted to exchange for and contact us immediately at the warehouse to attempt to delay shipping. If the order has not shipped we will add the correct item to the order and will refund the shipping of the replacement item unless it is a larger item or higher quantity than the original order.

If the original order has already shipped we cannot refund shipping on the replacement item, and you will also need to return the unwanted item to us for a refund.
